Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.
1. Introduction
Wrenford (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides business advisory and venture development services to founders and investors interested in building legitimate Canadian startups, including those eligible for the Canadian Startup Visa (SUV) program. By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Nature of Services
Wrenford is not an immigration consultancy, nor are we licensed immigration representatives in Canada. We do not provide legal immigration advice or representation before IRCC.
Our services are strictly limited to:
* Business advisory and venture planning
* Investment readiness and pitch development
*Strategic introductions to investors and designated organizations (DOs)
*Support for operational and business development processes
All immigration-related work must be handled by a licensed immigration lawyer or Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Wrenford does not guarantee:
* Approval of Startup Visa applications
* Investment from third parties
* Endorsements from designated organizations
* Permanent residency in Canada
All final decisions are made by IRCC and third-party investors or incubators.
4. Eligibility Requirements
To engage with Wrenford, clients must:
* Be willing to develop a scalable and innovative business
*Participate actively in business development and mentorship
* Understand that admission to Canada is based on business merit, not investment alone
Wrenford reserves the right to accept or decline any client.
5. Fees and Refunds
Fees are outlined in individual engagement agreements. Unless otherwise stated:
* Fees are non-refundable once services have begun
* Payment does not guarantee results or outcomes
* Refunds are discretionary and assessed case by case
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, frameworks, and documentation provided by Wrenford remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
7. Third-Party Services
Wrenford may refer clients to immigration lawyers, designated organizations, and investors. We are not responsible for the decisions or actions of third-party providers.
8. Compliance and Misrepresentation
Clients must not misrepresent their intentions, experience, or business plans. Wrenford will immediately terminate services if we believe a client is misusing the Startup Visa program or misrepresenting themselves.
9. Limitation of Liability
Wrenford is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to:
* Application rejection
* Business failure
* Loss of investment
* Immigration delays or denials
Use of our services is at your own risk.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
